Ordering
You will place an order for the kinds and quantities of products you indicate in the order form when you click on the purchase confirmation button on the payment details page. All orders will incorporate following terms of sale.

DOGSIZE cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Delivery times brought you on the product pages are approximate and may change without notice.
In case when one of the products ordered is temporarily or definitively unavailable (out-of-stock condition, importation, exhaustion of stock,… ), we will contact you to inform you and suggest to change or cancel your order. DOGSIZE can not be held responsible if the product is unavailable.

Gift certificates electronic
The electronic gift certificate is valid for all orders (excluding purchase gift certificates) on the site www.dogsize.eu only for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance. It does not apply to orders already being made.
The purchase of the gift certificate is not subject to VAT, the price is expressed without VAT.
Each purchase of gift certificates is subject to approval by DOGSIZE. An order confirmation will be sent by mail within 48 hours and your account will be automatically credited.
The electronic gift card can be sent or offered only to a person with an email address. This person must have an account on the site www.dogsize.eu to use his gift card.
Once credited to your account gift card, any amount, in part or unused, will be available until the date of expiration of the gift card.
When the value of your order exceeds the amount of your gift card, the difference should be resolved by another method of payment (credit card, cheque or bank transfer).
Only Dogsize.eu gift vouchers are accepted on our website.
Any gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash and products purchased with gift certificate electronics cannot be refunded.
The gift card is not treated as a reduction and differs from the coupon called "eCoupon".
eCoupons
After creating an account on the websitesite www.dogsize.eu, the customer may receive an electronic coupon called "eCoupon" or receive a credit with an eCoupon.
To use a eCoupon, the customer must enter the discount code sent by email on the "payment method" page when ordering.
The eCoupon can not be used on an order being processed.
The eCoupon cannot be use with other promotional offers. The use is restricted to one eCoupon per order.
VIP Card
This virtual card allows the person who makes the purchase of additional benefits such as:
- A reduction of 10% over the next orders (excluding promotional offers)
- Free shipping cost for all orders over 49 € TTC (only for Metropolitan France)
- A time of 15 days instead of 7 days to return one or more items of the order under the usual conditions of return indicate below.
These benefits are valid for 1 year from the purchase of the VIP card, they can not be used with promotional offers and do not apply to the order being processed.

Price and VAT

Delivery methods
The delivery area includes metropolitan France (Corsica and Monaco incl.), overseas department (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Guyane Française and La Réunion) and the following countries : Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Finland, Italy, Spain, Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Slovenia, Canada. Delivery is made a priority by La Poste as Colissimo Suivi and can be done by any other means determined by DOGSIZE according to the weight and value of the product.
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when you placed your order. In case of an error in the delivery address, DOGSIZE can not be held responsible, because in this case it will be impossible to deliver the order.
Additionally, for deliveries outside of France, the customer agrees to pay all import taxes, customs duties, value added tax and all other taxes due under the laws of the country where the order is received. DOGSIZE doesn’t accepts any legal responsibility if tax payments are not made by the customer.

Any delay shall not entitle the buyer to claim damages.

Returning a product to our stores
DOGSIZE accepts returns of merchandise (except perishable goods, panties, belly bands or sale items) within 7 days from delivery date with a Return Merchandises Authorization (RMA) number. All products must be returned with its RMA in his original packaging, intact and accompanied by all its accessories and with a copy of the invoice to the following address :

return request form . We will send you by email a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, please note that this process can take 48 hours. All returns have not been subject to a prior request will not result in a exchange or a refund
Warning : Items returned incomplete, smelly, with hair, damaged or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged. They must be in perfect condition in their original packaging. Warranty
The products sold by DOGSIZE are new;they are controlled and dispatched with the greatest care. In case when an article is not in conformity, DOGSIZE can exchange it or refund it if the customer returns the product within 7 days from the delivery date with all conditions indicate in the previous paragraph.
