How to browse and order a product?
DOGSIZE store online offers a range of products by category and a search engine allows you to find a product based on your criteria.
Each category page or research gives you more information of sizes and colors available, the ability to access detailed description of the product.
The product sheet presents the picture of the products available options (size, dimensions, lengths, colors and perfumes,…), the description of the product, price, period indicative of shipping for metropolitan France.

How to offer a gift certificate mail?
Following the purchase of a gift card and after validation by Dogsize, your account is automatically credited with the value of your gift card.
To provide the full amount of your gift certificate or only a part, you should go to the heading "my account" and click on the link to send a gift card or
click here.
Then fill in the form by sending the name and email the recipient and the amount you wish to offer. This amount should be less than or equal to the amount credited to your account. Your account will be debited for the amount offered and your recipient will receive an email stating that you give him a gift certificate for the value you provide and will use it in future purchases.
I received a gift certificate by e-mail, how do I use it?
At the request of a friend, you received a gift certificate by e-mail. If you wish to use this gift card to purchase one or more items on the site www.dogsize.eu, you are 2 possibilities:
1 - click on the link in the email that you received and sign up or sign in if you are already registered. Your account will be automatically credited with the value of the gift card and you can then use your gift card by entering the amount you want to use when paying your order.

How can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order status is "processing" and your package is not already shipped you can change your delivery address. In this case, send you your request, a copy of the order confirmation and a copy of your identity card.
