The order confirmed by the customer will not be considered as effective until the bank payment centre has authorised it. In the event that this centre refuses it, the order is automatically cancelled and the customer advised by e-mail.

For more security, if the delivery address is different from the billing address DOGSIZE can ask you more personal informations before send your order.

BEFORE sending your order we must receive the payment. The treatment of the orders paid by bank transfer takes 3 to 5 days.

DOGSIZE accepts only one payment method per order
Once you placed your order, you cannot change your payment method.
