Delivery methods

The delivery area includes metropolitan France (Corsica and Monaco incl.), overseas department (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Guyane Française and La Réunion) and the following countries : Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Finland, Italy, Spain, Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Slovenia, Canada. Delivery is made a priority by La Poste as Colissimo Suivi and can be done by any other means determined by DOGSIZE according to the weight and value of the product.

Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when you placed your order. In case of an error in the delivery address, DOGSIZE can not be held responsible, because in this case it will be impossible to deliver the order.

Additionally, for deliveries outside of France, the customer agrees to pay all import taxes, customs duties, value added tax and all other taxes due under the laws of the country where the order is received. DOGSIZE doesn’t accepts any legal responsibility if tax payments are not made by the customer.
We are not required to check and to inform you of duties and taxes applicable. If you want to know, we advise you to check with the authorities in your country.

The delivery costs are indicated on your website when you place your order. You can also consult the table of the costs and delivery periods in the heading shipping

The delivery time is indicated in working days (Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays excl.) depends on the availability of the product ordered or materials needed for its design.
Delivery times displayed on the product description are only for France metropolitan. For delivery times for other countries, you can view table of the costs and delivery periods

DOGSIZE does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God, of an unavailability.
Any delay shall not entitle the buyer to claim damages.

Warning : if the customer chooses to pay by bank transfer, the order will be send only after receiving the payment and the delivery time will be longer.

The goods always travel to the risks of the recipient. All goods are held to be at the buyers risk from the point of delivery to the buyer or its agents. Loss or damage noted at the point of delivery should be signed for accordingly and claims should be made in writing or via e-mail within three days.

The costs of return and incidental costs are borne by the customer.

Follow-up the order

As soon as we ship your order, an e-mail with the tracking number of your order will be sent to you. You will be able to check the progress of the delivering of your order.

DOGSIZE suggested that any person registered on the site www.dogsize.eu have the possibility to add a photo of your pet in her gallery for viewing by visitors to the website and participation in our game competitions monthly.
The release of the photos is subject to approval by DOGSIZE which reserves the right to refuse images for whatever reason. The photos that have not been validated will not be stored by Dogsize.eu
The use of these photographs cannot lead to a payment of copyright or compensation in any form whatsoever.
DOGSIZE undertakes not to distribute the photos reserved for internal use only (display on the website www.dogsize.eu, blog.dogsize.fr and others community websites dedicated to the promotion or the news of our website www.dogsize.eu as facebook, twitter,...). DOGSIZE can not be held responsible for any distribution by any other persons.

By agreeing to add any photos to the gallery, the user agrees to participate in our monthly contest which aims to introduce the best picture of the month selected by DOGSIZE.
The author of the selected photo will receive a 10% off coupon (eCoupon) valid for 3 months on his next order.

Returning a product to our stores

DOGSIZE accepts returns of merchandise (except perishable goods, panties, belly bands or sale items) within 7 days from delivery date with a Return Merchandises Authorization (RMA) number. All products must be returned with its RMA in his original packaging, intact and accompanied by all its accessories and with a copy of the invoice to the following address :

Before returning any item please fill out the return request form . We will send you by email a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, please note that this process can take 48 hours. All returns have not been subject to a prior request will not result in a exchange or a refund

Warning : Items returned incomplete, smelly, with hair, damaged or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged. They must be in perfect condition in their original packaging. If we find that the condition of the returned product does not meet these conditions your request for refund or exchange will be canceled.

Only the shipping cost of the first return in Metropolitan France will be supported by Dogsize.

Shipping cost for the return of the countries outside of Metopolitan France are fully supported by the customer.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns.

At the end of this 7 days deadline, the products delivered are considered in conformity with the order and will be accepted by the purchaser.
